If there is an appeal against the decision of the Section committee or regional director on a complaint submitted by a local church member, he/she may appeal to the Executive Committee for further action. If the Executive Committee is convinced of the unresolved grievance, it may refer the matter to the Tribunal; and the Tribunal, after hearing the case, shall make recommendations to the Executive Committee for further action. The decision of the Executive Committee shall be final. The Tribunal shall be headed by Pr. Banansos (Chairperson) and Team.
