Advanced Ministerial Training Institute was established in May 2023 in order to equip ministers of the Malayalam District Council for effective Christian ministry. This department has two basic objectives: one is to build up personal Christian life of each minister and the other is to empower each minister for effective ministry. This is a five days’ residential training programme. All ministers of the Malayalam District Council are required to undergo the training programme. Rev. T. A. Varghese is appointed as the Director of the AMTI. Presently, the training programme is conducted in the High Range Trinity Bible College, Anakkara, Idukki District which can accommodate around forty people.
